Fredy Alexander Lopez Lara, of Honduras, is an international fugitive wanted in his home country for homicide. 🚨ICE Newark arrested him at-large near Eatontown, N.J., and will hold him through removal proceedings so he can face justice in his home nation. 📢The United States is not a safe haven for fugitives.
