In @JudiciaryGOP, I asked @uspto Director John Squires about improvements to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). PTAB was meant to streamline patent challenges but has instead created uncertainty. I appreciate Director Squires' efforts to restore stability to the process.
